Moot Court Was Held at CIU

Moot Court was held within the framework of Legal Clinic on the base of Caucasus International University Faculty of Law on July 4-5, 2019.

The Legal Clinic was held for the first time in the spring semester of 2018/19 academic year and has received special approval from the students.

Marika Arevadze, mentor/advocate headed civil law direction for students of the faculty Law, while Tamar Lukava was a mentor/attorney of the criminal law.

The mentors’ contributions to the development of the students’ practical skills is worth mentioning. The moot courts conducted by students can serve as a clear illustration of this.
