Caucasus International University participated in the Contact Seminar organized by Erasmus+ National Office of Georgian on October 30-31, 2019. The aim of the event was to establish direct contact between Georgian and European partners within the framework of scholarship programs.
44 higher education institutions from Georgia and 46 universities from 11 European countries participated in the seminar. The first day of the seminar was opened by the head of the Erasmus + National Office of Georgia, the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of Georgia and the EU Ambassador to Georgia. The involvement of Georgia in Erasmus+ was discussed during the first day of the seminar. The presentation of European higher education systems and countries was made. The second day of the seminar was devoted entirely to establishing contacts between universities on the principle of “speed dating”.
Caucasus International University was actively engaged in the mentioned event. Within the framework of the meeting, negotiations were held with some European universities on future collaboration.
