Information about the Format of the Academic Process
We would like to inform you that based on the updated recommendations issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia (Minister’s Decree MES 0 21 0001011252 of October 1), in order to protect students’ health, it was considered appropriate to carry out the academic process at Caucasus International University from October 11 in the following way:
- In the autumn semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, the academic process at all levels will be carried out in hybrid form in accordance with the rules of electronic learning;
- Clinical, practical and laboratory academic courses will be taught face-to-face in accordance with the Annex from October 11;
- Clinical, practical and laboratory academic courses in the one-cycle program of Medicine will be carried out face-to-face, taking into account the strictly defined schedule and number of students in groups;
- Students and academic staff taking clinical and practical training courses in contact with a patient will be required to submit a vaccination certificate, or a negative PCR test at their own expense every week, or a document stating that they had Covid within the last 6 months.
The academic process at the faculties of Law and Business continues fully online.
