The Ministry of Education is organizing to bring foreign students to Georgia, for which the following conditions have been defined:
1) A student is obliged to get health insurance at Georgian insurance company on the condition of reimbursement of Covid medical expenses, monthly fee for insurance will be $10-15 (the university is working on offering the most affordable package);
2) Students will be brought in by charter flights. The ticket price will be as adequate as possible;
3) Upon entering Georgia, the student will be placed in a quarantine hotel for 12 days. The hotel fees will be paid with the co-financing of the university - the student will pay 60 GEL per day, in total 720 GEL;
4) The student must take a PCR test in the quarantine space, which costs about 200 GEL;
5) Flights will take place periodically, from September to November. Students will be involved in the learning process online prior to arrival.
