Art Studio, which has been established on Caucasus International University base, exhibited the paintings of its students at the Central Building of the University on 25 May. The exhibition will last for a week and visitors will have opportunity to become familiar with the works of professional and amateur students on spot.
CIU Art Studio has been functioning for five years and it is supervised by Maka Tabidze, a graduate of Tbilisi State Academy of Arts.
About 15 students of various faculties and courses participate in the exhibition with 50 works which are portraits, genre or landscape paintings.
As stated by Maka Tabidze, supervisor of Art Studio, new students are coming annually in the art studio, who work intensively throughout the academic year, choose direction and genre, drawing materials and prepare for the final exhibition.
We would like to remind you that any CIU students who is interested in painting and is motivated can become a member of the Art Studio. Such kind of exhibitions are permanently held at Caucasus International University.
