Miranda Gabunia, advisor at HR Development and Management Office of National Bureau of Enforcement and Ana Tsomaia, an intern of the above mentioned office visited Caucasus International University. The event was organized by Caucasus International University Career Development Service.
They reviewed the Law on Public Service for different faculty students, which envisages a 12-month probation period for the civil servant and three stages of competition: open, closed and simplified.
Within the framework of the master class, Ms. Miranda Gabunia placed emphasis on such significant issues as CV writing, main principles for successful interview and stages of career development at public service.
The speaker examined the possibility of internship in LEPLs of the Ministry of Justice and introduced the terms of participation. Ana Tsomaia, an intern of HR Development and Management Office, discussed in details internship stages and advised participants of the master class to use the above mentioned chance.
Each participant student was awarded certificate at the concluding part of the meeting.
