Turkish Academy of Sciences has announced a competition for annual prize 2018 TUBA. The Prizes are annually awarded to the nominated scientists in one of the following categories of sciences namely Basic and Engineering sciences, Health and Life sciences and Social Sciences and Humanities. In addition, one of the prizes will be awarded to those scientists who work or/and study in Turkey. Prizes are given to those scientists with original, leading and path-breaking works in their fields.
Nominations for 2018 Academy Prizes are open till 8 May 2018 and the laureates will be announced by the end of October.
