PhD student of Political Sciences at Caucasus International University Levan Nikoleishvili conducted a public lecture on the topic of terrorism to 159 Public School pupils.
The presenter discussed big terrorist attacks and special operations around the world and defined several key terms: Terrorism as a preplanned, non-impulsive act of violence and Wahhabism - the “Holy War” against all infidels and “misguided Muslims”.
The public lecture provoked interest among pupils and the concluding part of the meeting continued in the form of question-responses.
We would like to remind you that lectures conducted by CIU PhD students at public and private schools became systematic in December and three meetings have already being held in this format.
