Mid-Term Exams Held in Pilot Mode

By the initiative of Lali Mekokishvili, the Dean of CIU Faculty of Medicine and with the support of Kakhaber Kordzaia, the Rector, the freshmen of the Faculty of Medicine are having mid-term exams electronically with the help of the learning platform Moodle electronically, in pilot mode from October 30 to November 4 with the purpose of optimizing the examination process.

As stated by CIU, this method and initiative has several essential advantages compared to the traditional examination format; for example, it saves time and human resources.

In addition, it is noteworthy that after the expiration of the exam time and questionnaires, a student immediately sees his/her exam results.

Examinations in basic 11 subjects on the Faculty of Medicine will be conducted electronically - in pilot mode and university subjects will be held in accordance to the schedule – at the examination center.
