A five-member delegation from the Institute of Applied Ethnopolitical Research of the Republic of Kazakhstan paid a visit to Caucasus International University on January 18.
The guests met Kakhaber Kordzaia, CIU Rector as well as Nana Amiranashvili, the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ekaterine Chalaganidze, Deputy Dean and Alika Guchua, Head of the Undergraduate Program in International Relations.
Within the framework of the visit, the guests viewed the infrastructure of the university. At the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of joint scientific-research projects, holding and implementation of an international scientific conference and future cooperation with the Institute of Applied Ethnopolitical Research of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, the parties agreed on future collaboration. Signing a memorandum between CIU and the Institute of Applied Ethnopolitical Research of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the visit of CIU professors to Kazakhstan in order to conduct short training courses have been planned.
