A training session on the topic “Effective Communication” was organized by Human Resource Management and Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service of Caucasus International University on June 12.
The training was led by a specialist in strategic communications and digital technologies, trainer Giorgi Tvaliashvili.
The training was aimed at retraining the administrative staff of the university and promoting their career development.
The meeting discussed elements of communication and communication barriers, principles of persuasive communication, non-verbal communication and its role in effective communication, audience specificity, stages of listening and the importance of feedback. In addition, recognizing and analyzing the emotional state, and as a result, establishing effective communication were also highlighted.
The participants were actively engaged in the training, shared their experiences, goals and wishes with each other.
