A telesymposium “New Challenges: Consolidation for Security and Peace” was held by the initiative of Studio Salte and the Geopolitical Modeling Laboratory of the Faculty of Social Sciences of CIU with the support of the Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly and Shota Rustaveli Science Foundation in the period of 24.04-24.09 2020.
The telesymposium aimed to promote the positive transformation of crises through the realization of new challenges and common threats, focusing on the special role of the university community and science in general.
Georgian and foreign sciences participated in the telesymposium.
This type of experimental event was held for the first time in Georgia and is an interesting technology in terms of science management. Namely, it is a new technological opportunity for the development of telescience.
