We are pleased to announce the selection process for students interested in an Erasmus+ funded internship, within the framework of the partnership between Caucasus International University and Józef Gołuchowski University of Applied Sciences (Poland).

Internship Locations:

• Multi-specialist Hospital in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Poland
• Monoprofile Centre for Medical Simulation

Internship Period:

1000. 1 – July 15, 2025 (minimum 11 weeks; ±10 days is allowed).

Internship Availability:

For two students from the Faculty of Medicine (students of Medical Educational Program).

The internship program includes:

1. Clinical internship in a multidisciplinary hospital

Required departments: Emergency Department (ED), Operating Room, Cardiology;

Optional one department: Surgery / Orthopedics / Internal Medicine;

Duration: 10 weeks (50 working days);

Languages: English, Polish;

Credits: 24.

2. Simulation Center Training Course

Duration: 10 hours;

Credits: 4.

3. Basic Polish Language Course

Duration: 10 hours.

Responsibilities of Participants:

• Covering travel and accommodation expenses;
• Providing valid medical insurance;
• Submitting a medical certificate confirming the student is fit to participate in the internship;
• Presenting a certificate of no previous offenses, in accordance with the Act on the Prevention of Sexual Offenses and the Protection of Minors (required from both Poland and a student’s country of residence for the last 20 years);
• Civil liability and accident insurance;
• Participating in all mandatory components of the internship program;
• Departing from Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski only with prior approval from the internship supervisor.
