Sozar Subari, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Regional Policy and Self-Government deliver a public lecture at Caucasus International University on May 17. The topic of the lecture was: “Regional Policy of Georgia and Development Strategy of Self-Governments”.
At the meeting, Sozar Subari spoke about the prospects of regional development of Georgia, the current political course and ongoing projects. The MP also discussed the dynamics of development of mountainous regions and the strategy of development of self-governments, which is based on the European model under the Association Agreement.
The Chancellor of Caucasus International University, Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, and the Rector, Kakhaber Kordzaia, introduced the university infrastructure and Multimedia Center to Sozar Subari.
The meeting was attended by students and representatives of CIU Faculties of Social Sciences, Law and Business.
The lecture was held in interactive format where students received comprehensive answers to all their questions.
