The presentation of the International Scientific Collection – Constitutionalism – Achievements and Challenges were held at Caucasus International University on December 27, 2019. The event was attended by Georgian constitutionalists, Vice Prime Minister of Georgian Government and the Minister of Justice, Tea Tsulukiani as well as the university academic and administrative staff.
Mindia Ugrekhelidze and Beka Kantaria are the scientific editors and publishers of the collection.
Kakhaber Kordzaia, the university rector, Sesili Gogiberidze, head of Scientific Department, Tea Tsulukiani, Minister of Justice, Beka Kantaria, Affiliated Professor of Caucasus International University, Konstantine Kublashvili, Ilia State University Professor and coauthor of the collection, Nikoloz Jashi, one of the translators of the papers published in the collection greeted the audience at the presentation.
Mr. Mindia Ugrekhelidze placed emphasis on the significance of the book. In addition, he mentioned that the collection will facilitate the establishment of the independent school of Georgian Constitutionalism.
Please note that the International Scientific Collection contains articles by 15 international and 12 Georgian constitutionalists on important issues of constitutionalism. The collection is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Georgia’s independence, Georgian constitutionalism, and parliamentarianism.
The collection was published by the publishing house “Universal”.
