A public picture on the topic: Bilateral Tourism and the Pandemic was conducted by Mr. Itsik Moshe, President of the Israel-Georgia Chamber of Business and Head of the Israeli House on November 23. The event was organized by CIU Tourism Laboratory.
During the online lecture, the speaker spoke about the centuries-old friendly relations between Georgia and Israel. He reviewed the current economic relations between the countries in the field of tourism and the existing challenges that are manifested in these relations. He introduced the students to the successful projects implemented by Israeli House in Georgia and their importance, in the implementation of which Mr. Itsik Moshe made a special contribution.
In addition, the speaker familiarized the students with the routes created in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the European Association for the Preservation and Promotion of Jewish Cultural Heritage (AEPJ) within the framework of Jewish Cultural Heritage.
At the end of the meeting, the speaker answered the students’ questions and expressed his readiness for future cooperation with them.
It should be noted that the meeting with Itsik Moshe was held for the second time by the initiative of Lali Mikaladze, the head of the CIU Undergraduate Program in Tourism and Tourism Laboratory.
