Sabi Kitiashvili, CIU graduate and now a winemaker-consultant at the Faculty of Viticulture and Winemaking, as well as the chief winemaker of the University Wine Production Company Ethno Okami, is the finalist and third place winner of the Best Sommelier 2021 Championship.
The championship was organized by the official member of The International Sommelier Association (A.S.I.), the Georgian Sommelier Association, with the support of the National Wine Agency of the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture of Georgia.
