The collection reflects the recent history of Georgian constitutionalism. Here the reader will get acquainted with the opinions and assessments of 1921 Constitution after 70 years of Soviet rule. As it was stated during the presentation, the main aim for compiling the collection is to preserve the historical sources and pass them to the future generation.
