The Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service of Caucasus International University, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Law Alumni Club, is organizing a practical course “Professional Skills of a Lawyer”. The course is led by Eter Chachua, a graduate of Caucasus International University and a lawyer.
This course aims to enhance students’ professional skills by focusing on practical case analysis, simulation exercises, and the application of legal knowledge in future career. It also emphasizes the development of critical thinking and effective problem-solving strategies.
Within the framework of the practical course, the speaker discussed such key topics as: drafting legal documents, courtroom advocacy techniques, ethical norms in legal practice and their application in practice, preparing meeting minutes, analyzing and discussing diverse case studies.
