Registration of Freshmen!

The registration of the freshmen who have been granted the right to be admitted to Caucasus International University as the result of 2021 United National Exams starts.

The registration of the freshmen will be held from September 6 to September 15, 2021 online.

Mandatory for remote registration:

The following documents should be sent to the relevant e-mail of the faculty from September 6 to September 15:

• A copy of ID/Passport (the page with a photo);
• A general secondary education document;
• A photo 3X4;
• A copy of military recruits (for male students only);
• A receipt from bank verifying the payment of the tuition fees; it is possible to register by paying half the semester fee due to pandemic;
• In case of waiting for funding (social, military, medalist, etc.) - relevant certificate.

In addition, please provide the following information:

• Nationality
• Legal and factual address
• Telephone number
• Social status

The payment of semester tuition fees (or the half) is available at TBC Bank, VTB bank and Basis Bank under pay the bill service by indicating Caucasus International University and student’s ID number. In addition, payment can be made by using TBC PAY and Georgian Bank (Express Bank) payment terminals.

The tuition fees for one semester is defined as follows:

• Faculty of Social Sciences (International Relations, Journalism) – 1250 GEL;
• Faculty of Law (Law Studies) – 1250 GEL;
• Faculty of Business (Finances, Management, Tourism) – 1250 GEL;
• Faculty of Medicine (Medicine) – 1750 GEL;
• Faculty of Medicine (Dentistry) – 1475 GEL;
• Faculty of Medicine (Pharmacy) – 1250 GEL;
• Faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking (Georgian Viticulture-Winemaking) – 1250 GEL.

Note: Documents must be scanned or in the form of high resolution photos.

• In case of receiving a letter confirming the distance registration, from September 14 to September 21, you must apply to the relevant faculty to sign a contract with the university and you must present the original of the school leaving certificate.

In exceptional cases, if a student is unable to register online, s/he can register at the university.

• Registration at the University will be held every day, from September 6 to September 15, except weekends, from 10:00 to 18:00 in the cafeteria of the first building of Caucasus International University, 73 Chargli St.

The start date of the study is September 13.

The following documents shall be submitted during the registration:

• A general secondary education document;
• A copy of ID/Passport;
• 2 photos 3X4 printed and electronic version (on disk);
• A copy of military recruits (for male students only)
• A receipt from bank verifying the payment of the tuition fees; it is possible to register by paying half the semester fee due to pandemic.

Note: During the registration, minors (students under 18) have to be accompanied by parents and have to submit a certificate of birth during registration.
