Online training on the topic: Art of Successful Negotiations was held for Caucasus International University students on October 14, 15 and 16.
The training course was conducted by Gvantsa Kakauridze, TSU International School of Economics (ISET) Undergraduate Program Coordinator and Freelance Journalist on World Political and Economic Affairs.
The training course was aimed at acquainting students with all the strategies and methods used by the world’s leading negotiators for decades. Upon completion of the course, each participant had the opportunity to distinguish between rigid, weak, and principled forms of negotiation, to conduct interest-based negotiations, and to avoid biased approaches. The training also covered the negotiation characteristics of different countries and the importance of body language.
The participants were awarded certificates after the completion of the training.
