Faculty of Medicine has resumed face to face classes in Laboratory and Clinical training courses in accordance with October 15, 2020 decree of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia.
From November 2, the first practical training was held at the Clinical Skills Center of the Faculty with the students of Medicine program where language of instruction is English in the training course “Clinical skills-patients care and nursing”.
The recommendations regarding the infection caused by the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) (COVID-19) (Department of Labor Inspection, Annex N 38) are strictly observed by the administration, lecturers and students during the face to face classes.
The university administration strictly controls the following: the rules for entering and moving in the university space, maintaining mandatory distance in open and closed spaces. The personal protective equipment is fully used, the rules of hygiene are fully observed and there are small number of students in each group.
