The Faculty of Medicine Council meeting was held by the invitation of Ms. Lali Mekokishvili, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine on December 5, 2018. The event was attended by elected academic personnel and the representatives of Student Self-Governance.
Ms. Lali Mekoshvili discussed the issues of reflecting the planned activities for 2019 in the budget of the Faculty and organizing learning and teaching processes.
In addition, Ms. Nino Chubinidze, CIU Vice-Chancellor placed emphasis on planned novelties and innovations in 2019. As stated by her the university starts active work on every faculty and educational program in the direction of introducing artificial intelligence. Sunday School of Innovations and technologies will be established in the near future.
Associate Professor of the Faculty. Ms. Sophio Kasradze delivered a report of the business trip on November 12-16, 2018 at Alcala University, Spain within the framework of Erasmus+ program during the Faculty Council meeting. She presented in details the agenda of each working day and challenges.
Ms. Nino Sikharulidze, Faculty of Medicine Quality Assurance Coordinator made a report for the Faculty Council. She highlighted the monitoring issues of the academic process.
