A working group (project supervisor – Associate Professor Nino Mindiashvili; doctoral students: Arina Tavakarashvili- project coordinator, Tornike Zedelashvili, postgraduate students: Giorgi Morgoshia, Megi Jakeli, Monica Shengelia, Nino Bolkvadze) organized another outdoor activity in village Ergneti, a place that has been affected by 2008 war on February 14, 2019. The event was held within the framework of Caucasus International University Small Scientific Grant - Comparative Study of Creeping Occupation Results and Its Impact on Population Density. Students studied the problems facing Ergneti population by questionnaires that they have prepared specially for this project.
Mr. Nugzar Samkharadze, First Deputy Governor of Shida Kartli and Ms. Ana Lapachi, Head of the office of Regional Administration accompanied CIU working group within the framework of the memorandum of mutual collaboration. Symbolically, the research ended at the Museum of Occupation. The outdoor activity took place in a business and emotional environment.
