On March 30, a masterclass was held for school principals on the topic: “Leaders Who Raise Future Leaders” in collaboration with SS International EDU for Georgia and Caucasus International University.
The masterclass was led by Lali Badridze, a psychologist, a psychotherapist with European accreditation (WAPP & IFP) and the head of the international representation of positive psychotherapy in Georgia.
The goal of the event was to strengthen the professional competencies of the heads of educational institutions, introduce the challenges of the modern educational environment, and work on the current global and local changes in the field of education.
The master class audience were addressed by: Sophiko Kvartskhava, Director of SS International EDU for Georgia, who placed emphasis on the importance, challenges and opportunities of global education, as well as shared information about current and future projects; Giorgi Pareshishvili, Advisor to the Rector of Caucasus International University, Chairman of Niko Nikoladze Society, who focused on the continuous development of leadership from school to university.
The second part of the event was devoted to an interactive workshop, where participants worked on the concepts of the school of the future. This initiative aimed to strengthen the school and improve the quality of education.
The event was supported by the publishing house “Diogene”, with Magda Baramidze, the head of the educational direction, presenting books as gifts to school principals.
Additionally, an exhibition showcasing the works of young artist Anna Botkoveli was held as part of the event, while violinist Tsisana Nikoleishvili provided a musical accompaniment.
According to the organizers, this is just the beginning, with even larger projects in the future aimed at promoting innovative approaches and leadership strategies in education.
