Lecture-Training: Oral Care and Hygiene

Students of the 10th semester of the Dentistry program of the Faculty of Medicine at Caucasus International University (CIU) conducted a lecture-training session: “Oral Care and Hygiene” for the pupils of Borjomi region school at Borjomi Student-Youth Training Center on June 3.

Students explained and demonstrated different methods of mouth care and cleaning with the help of a moulage.

The lecture-training was attended by Associate Professors of the Department of Dentistry of the Faculty of Medicine: Tamar Nemsadze, Lela Grigolia, Khatuna Kovziridze and Vera Khundzakishvili.

Keti Nozadze, head of Borjomi Training Center “For the Future of Borjomi”, addressed CIU students, who introduced the infrastructure of the center to the students, as well as the exhibition of drawings and handicrafts of the pupils.

All participants were given commemorative gifts and a certificate at the end of the lecture-training.
