Lali Mekokishvili, Dean of CIU Faculty of Medicine attended the World Congress of Dermatology in Milan (Italy) on June 10-15, 2019. Lali Mekokishvili presented a scientific paper on the topic: Coexistence of Acne and Rosacea – Retrospective Study on behalf of Caucasus International University.
Maya Datuashvili, CIU Professor also participated in the Congress. Within the framework of the Congress, CIU representatives became engaged in the events organized by the presidents of Dermatology Societies.
The World Congress of Dermatology is organized once every 4 years. The next congress will be hosted by Singapore in 2023. It is worth mentioning that Lali Mekokishvili, Dean of CIU Fcaulty of Medicine and Dermatologist was elected as a member of International Editorial Board of the official journal of Dermatology Society - Der Hautarzt (Dermatologist) published by Springer Publishing.
