The teams winning the intellectual game “Online-Quadro” organized by the recruitment group of Caucasus International University were awarded on June 25. The event was opened by Kakhaber Kordzaia, CIU Rector, who placed emphasis on the importance of the project and thanked the students and teachers for their involvement in the game. Nino Mindiashvili, Deputy Head of the Scientific Research Department of CIU, Head of the University Recruitment Group, addressed the audience. She congratulated the teams on the results shown in the project and awarded certificates to the students, and certificates of appreciation to the teachers and principals. In addition, the teams were rewarded with branded gifts and books from the university.
The winter and spring seasons of 2021 were held in the intellectual game “Online Quadro”.
A team of four students from 16 schools in Tbilisi and the regions took part in the championship each season, and the places of the marathon tournament were distributed as follows:
Winter season:
I place: Zugdidi Public School # 9;
II place: Public School in village Aragveti, Sachkhere municipality;
III place: Public School in village Kulishkari, Zugdidi municipality.
Spring season:
I place: Sartichala Public School # 2 in Gardabani municipality;
II place: Tbilisi Public School # 219;
III place: Rustavi Public School # 17.
The award ceremony was moderated by Bakur Khubulava, a representative of the recruitment group. Meanwhile, Giorgi Morgoshia and Tatuli Kodua, members of the group, introduced the faculties of Caucasus International University to pupils and organized a university tour together with the representatives of the administration.
The school students visited the University Multimedia Center, a moot court, a legal clinic, modern medical laboratories, a unique viticulture-winemaking training base and a library.
