Kakha Kakhurashvili, PhD student of the Program in Law defended his dissertation thesis on the topic - Separation of Legal Forms of Response to Police Prevention and Administrative Offenses. The event was held at CIU Conference Hall on June 3, 2019.

Following the thesis defence and the relevant procedures, Kakha Kurashvili was awarded the scientific degree of the Doctor of Law by the decision of the committee.
Kakha Kurashvili is the head of the Office of the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and is also a teacher of the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
