A memorandum of mutual collaboration was signed between Caucasus International University and alcoholic Beverages Company Mtevino on November 1, 2019.
The memorandum, which was signed by Caucasus International University Chancellor Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze and the representative of Mtevino Nika Zautashvili, envisages mutual collaboration with the undergraduate and postgraduate students of the faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking. It offers teaching internship thus promoting students’ creative thinking, creating simulations of specific situations, clarification in work specifics, assistance in scientific research and practical application of theoretical knowledge. For the purposes of the memorandum, the organization provides the following services: will receive students, who have been sent by the university for study internship, in its own territory; a mentor will be appointed for interns and s/he will ensure high quality of internship in accordance with the practice syllabus provided by the university; each student will receive a stamped letter of reference upon the completion of the internship.
The memorandum also envisages the exchange of information and experience; joint colloquiums, seminars, scientific conferences and internships on problem-solving as well as other topical issues in teaching methods; cooperation in the development and implementation of joint curricula and research programs focused on European and world educational standards; encouraging scientific, creative and other meetings of students and academic staff and recruiting outstanding students.
