Visit of Professor from Baltic International Academy

On April 25, within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, Professor Jurijs Baltgailis from Baltic International Academy (Latvia) visited Caucasus International University.

Within the framework of the visit, Professor met Kakhaber Korzaia, CIU Rector, Ketevan Nanobashvili, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Technology, and Svetlana Kirakosyan, Head of the International Relations Department.

As part of the visit, Professor Baltgailis delivered a lecture on the topic: “International Perspectives and Challenges in Tax Payments Using Cryptocurrency”, where he discussed the role of digital currencies in today’s financial environment and the regulatory challenges.

Caucasus International University and Baltic International Academy continue to strengthen their collaboration within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, which envisages joint educational projects and academic exchange programs.
