On May 5, a public lecture was held on the topic: “Georgian Banking and Financial Sector, Credit Risk and Methods of Minimization” within the framework of the “Finance Week” organized by the Faculty of Business and Technology of Caucasus International University.
The lecture was led by the head of the internal audit service of “Pay Unicard” LLC, Aleksandre Lortkipanidze. The speaker reviewed the banking system in general, and placed emphasis on lending to individuals and the associated risks.
The public lecture was held in an interactive format, where the speaker answered the students’ questions.
Marika Kldiashvili, the dean of the Faculty of Business and Technology, welcomed the audience at the event and spoke about the importance of Aleksandre Lortkipanidze’s lecture and the “Finance Week” in general.
The meeting was attended by students, administrative and academic staff of CIU Faculty of Business and Technology.
