Qualification Requirements:
Higher education or a senior student;
Knowledge of educational programs and regulations connected to academic process;
Good command of office programs;
Foreign language proficiency on B2 level;
Successful communication skills with students and staff;
Effective communication and team working skills.
Additional Requirement: 3-year experience in records management.
Rights and Responsibilities of Faculty Learning Process Management Specialist:
- Providing information / communication with lecturers;
- Obtaining information on the preferred individual work load and schedule from lecturers prior to the commence of the semester;
- Telephone communication / sharing information;
- Controlling / correcting personal cases;
- Providing technical support for mobility process;
- Working on students’ personal applications through email gancxadebebi.social@ciu.edu.ge;
• Keeping electronic registry
• Controlling the process and performance of students’ applications;
• Stating / controlling financial benefits for students;
• Accepting applications for intensive courses.
- Ongoing clerical work;
- Providing information on student status change for student service center;
- Controlling and managing faculty email info.social@ciu.edu.ge;
- Students' Information Services in Social Networks and Educational Electronic Database;
- Controlling student status;
- Correction of personal cases with errors;
- Providing technical support for teachers;
- Ongoing clerical work;
- Offering assistance/consultations to students during academic registration period;
- Reflecting students' acknowledged subjects on “Goni”;
- Communicating effectively with students, identifying their needs and information the Dean;
- Providing technical support for mobility process;
- Getting exam papers from the examination center and ensuring transfer to teachers, monitoring examination papers at the Student Service Center and the timing reflection of assessments on “Goni”;
- Performing other tasks of the Faculty Dean, related to organizational issues of the teaching process at the faculty.
