Caucasus International University students of the Faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking used traditional Georgian wine pressing method in 200-year old winepress on September 28, 2019. The wine will be fermented in Qvevri.
Georgian folk songs and hymns were performed at the event. The process was attended by Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, Caucasus International University Chancellor, Khevisberi Neophyte and the university administration of the Faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking.
