On October 22, a public lecture on the topic “Profession of a Judge” was organized by Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service of Caucasus International University, the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Law Alumni Club, which was chaired by Ekaterine Gasitashvili, judge of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
The aim of the lecture was to provide insights into the profession of a judge, including responsibilities, challenges and ethical considerations. A discussion followed on various legal topics, trends within the judicial system and emerging challenges within the framework of the meeting. Through practical cases, the speaker introduced the role of judges within the judiciary, offering the audience a deeper understanding of the complexities involved.
Guram Liluashvili, coordinator of the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service of Caucasus International University and Giorgi Kakubava, president of the Law Faculty Alumni Club, welcomed the guests and the audience at the interactive format meeting.
