Meeting with the Communications Ombudsman

Gvantsa Chkheidze, Public Defender of Consumers’ Interests, met with Caucasus International University students on November 24.

The aim of the online briefing – “Know Your Rights in the Field of Communications” - was to raise consumer awareness in the field of telecommunications.

The Communications Ombudsman informed the meeting participants about the activities of the Service. In addition, she introduced the rights granted by the legislation, the obligations of the companies, the rules/deadlines for reviewing the complaint/application and other important issues.
