On January 11, at 13:00, Nikoloz Tarielashvili, founder of “Light Life Academy“, will conduct “Time Management Workshop” for students of all faculties of Caucasus International University.

In this workshop, he will talk about various time management techniques. First of all, students will become aware of what techniques exist, they will figure out which of the techniques will be useful for them personally. Lastly, the trainer will interactively practice these techniques.

The workshop covers three different views on time management:

1. Psychology of Time Management
2. Philosophy of Time Management
3. A Practical Aspect of Time Management

We will cover psychological topics: how to motivate yourself, how to get rid of procrastination, how to start doing what has to be done.

Philosophical part of the workshop will cover a deep understanding of why we need time management. Do we actually need time management? Why some of the greatest time managers are in reality the worst time managers? How valuable is our time?

Furthermore, there are seven time management techniques that we will cover. We will divide these in task management & time management techniques in order to have different perspectives on how to be efficient in various life situations.

How will students benefit from taking the workshop?

This workshop is useful for both types of people, the ones that have a lot of work, tasks to accomplish and for those who have a lot of free time and do not know what to do next. After finishing the workshop, students will learn how to manage their tasks in all aspects of their life is that professional, personal, hobby, health or other. Students will learn how to set goals and adjust their time accordingly.
