International School of Political Diplomacy – The First International Scientific-Practical Seminar
The first international scientific-practical seminar was conducted under the framework of International School of Political Diplomacy at Caucasus International University. The guests were welcomed by Mr. Alexander Rusetsky – CIU Professor and Head of Tbilisi Institute for International Relations and Mrs. Sesili Gogiberidze – Head of CIU Scientific Research Department.
The international scientific-practical seminar included several major directions:
At the initial stage of the seminar a summarizing report for OSCE Summer School organized in Vienna (July 9-13, 2018) was presented by the students of the specialty of International Relations of CIU Faculty of Social Sciences. The report of International Centre for Children’s Diplomacy was presented by the heads, as well as pupils of St. Peterburg Film Studio “Movie- Island”. In addition, the guests were shown a short film: “The Legend of Two Nations”.
The role of university, municipal, sports, medical and musical diplomacy, as well as the perspectives and opportunities for development were discussed by the representatives of the corresponding fields at the seminar.
