Caucasus International University hosted South Moravian delegation from the Czech Republic who arrived in Georgia on a trade mission in the field of viticulture-winemaking on November 12, 2019.

The heads of the faculties of Business and Viticulture-Winemaking of Mendelus University, Jana Peichalowa, a member of South Moravia Consulate and Leona Sziebestowa, founder of wine company Skalak and Ludek Sziebesta were among the representatives of Czech Republic. They were met by Kakhaber Kordzaia, Rector and Olan Gotsiridze, Dean of the Faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking on behalf of Caucasus International University.

The guests also visited the University wine cellar, tasted the Rkatsiteli and Savkeri made in the wine cellar. The guests liked the wine. They highlighted the role of Georgia as a developed wine region and expressed a willingness for cooperation between Caucasus International University and Mendelus University.
