Caucasus International University is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of a specialist in the Department of International Relations.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s academic degree (preferably in the humanities and/or social sciences);
• English language proficiency at least on B2 level;
• Knowledge of office programs;
• At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative position.

Additional Requirements:

Advisable:

• Knowledge of the higher education system (both Georgian and European educational systems);
• Experience of involvement in international educational projects;
• Expertise of engagement in grant projects;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team.

General description of the work of a specialist of the Department of International Relations:

• Organizing international mobility of students and professors within existing cooperation projects;
• Administrating joint international projects (ERASMUS + and others);
• Participating in the implementation of the university internationalization plan;
• obtaining and sharing information about international educational projects and activities;
• Organizing meetings with international partners;
• Organizing international business trips and business visits;
• Participating in other activities and events within the competence to promote the process of internationalization in the university.

Salary: 1000 GEL (fixed)

Schedule: full-time
