For the Attention of Individuals Interested in Mobility at CIU

Students who will be granted the right to be enrolled in Caucasus International University as the result of the mobility are required to register from February 14 to February 17 at the relevant Dean’s Office or vie email: Info.medicine@ciu.edu.ge; Info.business@ciu.edu.ge; Info.law@ciu.edu.ge; Info.social@ciu.edu.ge; Info.agro@ciu.edu.ge

and submit the following documents to the committee:

For undergraduate/one-cycle programs:

• A copy of ID/passport;
• 2 photos 3X4; printed and electronic version on CD;
• A copy of military recruits (for male students);
• A copy of secondary school leaving certificate;
• Extract of enrollment order from previous university;
• A document verifying student’s status approved by official stamp;
• An extract of student record card from previous university approved by official stamp.

For postgraduate programs:

• A copy of ID/passport;
• 2 photos 3X4; printed and electronic version on CD;
• A copy of military recruits (for male students);
• A notarized copy of BA Diploma and its supplement/graduate certificate;
• English language proficiency certificate if applicable;
• Extract of enrollment order from previous university;
• A document verifying student’s status approved by official stamp;
• An extract of student record card from previous university approved by official stamp.
