Georgian National Center of Manuscripts celebrated its 60th anniversary. Caucasus International University Chancellor, together with the representatives of Multimedia Center attended the exhibition – Our Memory held on June 30 in relation to the jubilee.
After opening the exhibition, Marika Darchia, Deputy Chairman of Tbilisi City Council and Aleksandre Tevzadze, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia addressed the audience.
Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze addressed the audience. The chancellor discussed the projects, which were implemented by Multimedia Centre in partnership with Korneli Kekelidze Georgian National Center of Manuscripts, Georgian Public Broadcasting and Adjara TV.
“60 Seconds of 60 Years” was broadcasted from June 20 to July 1. The one-minute, 18 video clips showed the manuscripts preserved in the center, the items of public figures and historical documents.
“History Preserved till Today” - was the main message of the seven video clips prepared by Multimedia Center for Georgian Public Broadcasting Adjara TV. Approximately fifty-four-minute video clips will be broadcasted from June 18 to June 30.
Caucasus International University Chancellor and the representatives of Multimedia Centre were awarded certificates of gratitude for jointly implemented projects at the concluding part of the event.
