Irakli Ujmajuridze, Director of Livelihood Agency met CIU students and conducted a public lecture - Independence and Role of Nations in the World Politics. The event was organized by CIU Life-Long Learning Service.
The presenter placed emphasis on the following issues – independence, nation and world politics and has developed his speech in this direction.
After defining the key terminology, Mr. Irakli Ujmajuridze discussed the role of self-determination in international relations, the basis of modern international law and relations, international relations, role of cartography, territory, state attributes and issues from negative international relations to positive international relations.
The lecture was held interactively, in a question-response format. CIU students were given opportunity to express their own position and ask additional questions to the presenter.
It is worth mentioning that a memorandum of mutual collaboration has been signed between CIU and Livelihood Agency and it was signed by Kakhaber Kordzaia, CIU Rector and Irakli Ujmajuridze, Director of the Agency. On the base of the above mentioned agreement, both sides planned futurecollaboration.
