A cultural event – Fresher Party was held at Indian restaurant - Spice Lounge for about 80 Indian students of various faculties by the initiative of Darispan Prasher, Advisor to Rector in International Relations of Caucasus International University.
This type of event is an international practice, during which students gather in an informal environment. Students of senior semesters share their experiences with freshmen and perform songs and dances for each other.
The event which was held on 19 May was held in this format. The organizer of Fresher Party, Darispan Prasher asked each participant to introduce himself or herself to the attending audience. After the official part, the students showed their talent by performing songs and dances in front of the jury.
In the concluding part of the event, the honorary jury (CIU Faculty of Medicine Learning Process Management specialists – Natia Butkhuzi and Tamta Shvelidze, chief consultant of Media and Public Relations of the Supreme Court – Khatuna Charkviani, journalists – Lika Zhorzholiani and Meriko Kartozia) named “Mr.” and “Miss” fresher.
We would like to remind you that the aim of the event was to introduce Indian students of various faculties to each other and to facilitate their adaptation in the country. The cultural event was held by the financial support of CIU.
