Art and Management of Political Image Creation

Famous politicians and representatives of media will be invited as guests during the academic process. In addition, the participants will visit the Parliament of Georgia and will attend the work of the committee and sessions (Kutaisi) and will have interviews with political leaders.
Subjects and Lecturers
During the studies, almost all forms will be used: lecture, discussion, debate, practical work.
Lecturer Tamar Chiburdanidze - Head of the Department of Training and Consultation of Institute of Political Studies; PhD student of Educational Program in Political Science at Caucasus International University, Faculty of Social Sciences; Georgian Parliament staff member, trainer of Georgian self-government organizations, political parties and organizations in “Technologies of Political Image Creation” and “Election Political Technologies”.
Lecturer Tamar Kiknadze – Doctor of Political Science, Professor, Supervisor of BA Educational Program in International Relations and Doctoral Program in Political Science at Caucasus International University.
Lecturer Petre Mamradze – Associate Professor at Caucasus International University since 2016 (Social Sciences). Candidate of Sciences in Physics and Math (1992, Saint-Petersburg); author of two monographs and numerous analytical-publicistic works.
Lecturer Vakhtang Maisaia – Doctor of Political Science, Associate Professor, Supervisor of MA Educational Program in International Relations and International Security.
Lecturer Eliso Chapidze – Associate Professor at Georgian-European High Education Institution. At different periods: Deputy editor-in-chief of newspaper “Resonance”, Gerd Boucherier's golden wing and golden pen laureate. Member of the 8th Parliament of Georgia, Deputy Chairman of the Education and Culture Committee; Currently, the Deputy Head of Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Corrections.
Lecturer Temur Maisuradze - Doctor of Business Administration, Professor at Grigol Robakidze University, Professor at East European University, Invited Lecturer at St. Andrew The First-Called Georgian University of the Patriarchate of Georgia, invited trainer at Georgian Innovations and Technologies Agency, certified specialist of Estonian Electronic Management Academy, author of 155 innovations and inventions.
Lecturer Nino Mindiashvili – Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor, Deputy Head of Caucasus International University Scientific Research Department.

The aim of the course is to introduce research methods of social sciences and methodological and practical knowledge. During the course students will obtain information about all types of researches and methods, will study in detail research stages: planning, establishing research design, finding and analyzing resources, summarizing results and presentation. After the completion of the course students will be able to conduct complete and high quality academic researches.
Lecturer Miranda Abramishvili – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Caucasus International University, he conducts a course of lectures – Research Methods in Social Sciences.
Lecturer Jaba Samushia – Professor, Doctor of Historical Science, editor-in-chief of the journal “Historian”.
11.Presentation Technique / 6 hours / - Students will develop skills necessary for planning, preparing and presenting presentation.
Lecturer Tamar Chiburdanidze - Head of the Department of Training and Consultation of Institute of Political Studies; PhD Student of Educational Program in Political Sciences at Caucasus International University; Georgian Parliament member of staff, trainer of Georgian self-governing organizations, political parties and organizations Technologies of Political Image Creation and Election Political Technologies.
A special guest from Poland:
Lecturer Marczin Aleinik- Master of Social Sciences at Adam Mickiewicz University, PhD student in Political Sciences. At different times he has worked as: Head of the Polish State Constitutional Reforms Department; Advisor to Polish Prime Minister in Policy Issues; Head of the Polish Government Information Bureau and others.
Marczin Aleinik will conduct the lecture in Russian language. A translator is envisaged within the framework of the course.
Academic Process
Duration of studies 6 weeks (lectures). The classes will start on 4 June, 2018.
Lectures will be conducted every day except Sunday. During work days in the evening from 19:00 to 22:00; on Saturdays in the morning or in the afternoon.

Individuals interested in certificate program should send a copy of ID and CV by email and fill in the application form.
The deadline for submitting documents is 29 May, 2018.
An interview with the committee will be held after submission of the documents, on 1 June.

Certificate
Upon the completion of the course, participants will be awarded certificates in Political Image Creation Manager issued by Caucasus International University and Institute for Political Researches.
Requirement for certificate:
Students’ knowledge will be evaluated based on a special approach developed by the trainer, who will introduce it to the students at the very first meeting.
