Central Election Commission of Georgia in partnership with the Centre for Electoral Systems Development, Reforms and Trainings will organize training-seminars for CIU freshmen and sophomores.
The training-seminars are held within the framework of the project “Informed Young Electorate”.
Young people will gain information from the representatives of the training centre about the essence and importance of elections in the process of democratization of the country; about international obligations and principles of elections; parties involved in the elections and their role in the election process; active citizenship; the significance of vote; the main reasons for participation in the elections and the presidential election to be held in October 2018.
Students will be awarded certificates upon the completion of the seminar.
The registration will be held from 30 April to 3 May, 16:00 in the corresponding offices of the Dean.
