A special preparatory training was conducted for third-year students of International Relations Program, Faculty of Social Sciences. The event was organized by CIU Department of Innovations and Strategic Development.
The aim of the above mentioned meeting is to prepare participants for the conference which will be held on 8 June. The meeting was initiated by the participants and the leader in order to identify the phobia and hindering factors that impede students to conduct effective presentation.
Stage fright, shyness, distraction, microphone - these were the reasons that students named as the main obstacles for effective presentation.
Students tried to comprehend in detail the format offered by Alexandre Rusetski, CIU Professor and discussed the ways for solving the problem individually and in groups.
Professor and students summarized the views expressed during the meeting and shared concrete recommendations and advice to overcome different phobias at the concluding part.
