European Law Students’ Association Tbilisi (ELSA Tbilisi) and Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Faculty of Law announce a contest for the project “Moot Court Competition incorporate Law II”.
Due to the great interest expressed by the participants in 2017 and the significance of such an event, the project has become annual and has become a tradition.
Moot Court Competition incorporate Law II - 2018 is a project which is increasing annually and that has been created as the result of past experiences and new ideas.
Therefore, the competition takes place for the second time this year and BA and MA students of Law Program from accredited higher education institutions can participate in it. The team that wants to participate in the competition must consist of minimum 2 and maximum students. Team members must be students at higher education institution (BA or MA student).
Individuals who are members of Georgian Lawyers Association cannot participate in the competition.
Eight teams with the best writing position will move to the oral hearing stage.

Court trials will take place at the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Project participants will be awarded prizes from the partner institutions and bilingual certificates.
