Wild Vine Propagating Process at the Faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking

The process of propagating wild vines from various parts of Georgia was conducted at the base of CIU faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking.

The above mentioned initiative is implemented within the framework of the memorandum signed between CIU and Jighauri Scientific-Research Centre and propagated wild vine species will be planted in Jighauri base.

Shengeli Kikilashvili, MA students of the faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking at CIU and junior scientific member of staff is one of the members of the project. He is the winner of the grant for research programs of MA students announced by Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation.

With the participation of Shengel Kikilashvili, the propagating quality of wild vine species will be observed and they will conduct laboratory works.
