Representatives of Caucasus International University attended the second annual meeting organized by International Association of European Studies on April 12-13.
The meeting referred to relations between EU-Georgia. The emphasis has been placed on conflicts in Abkhazia and Samachablo, the role of EU in peace missions and foreign policy of EU in relation to Caucasus.
It is worth mentioning that Caucasus International University graduate student, in particular Giorgi Davidov, MA student of Tartu University was actively involved in the activities of the organizing committee. CIU Associate Professor, Director of Institute for Caucasian International Security Alexandre Rusetski and CIU senior students specializing in International Relations by the supervision of Eter Khanjaleishvili were invited at the event by the initiative of Giorgi Davidov.
Alexandre Rusetski made a presentation on the topic – Chronical Mistakes of EU Caucasian Policy and New Opportunities.
The above mentioned project was hosted by Ilia State University and New Vision University.
